Administrator
I graduated Cum Laude from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Management in 2017. With a desire to further my education in Healthcare Administration, I attended the Texas Woman’s University graduate program, where I earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Healthcare Systems Management. With nearly ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have developed a passion for quality patient care and workplace culture. When I met Dr. Riehs and his team, I knew immediately that they all shared those same values and that Le Beau Visage was where I was meant to be! In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my husband, James, and our two dogs, Saige and Duke.

Jamie Mortus
Clinical Coordinator
I graduated as a certified Medical Aesthetician from Paul Mitchell in Carrollton in 2007. I wear several different hats at Le Beau Visage as the Clinical Coordinator, Medical Aesthetician, and Medical Assistant to Dr. Riehs. I have had a passion for skincare since my early teens and have always enjoyed giving friends and family members facials and recommending skin care products. I truly want all my patients to be informed and educated on maintaining their skin at home with the proper customized regimen! It’s all about great brows, healthy skin, and a smile! I love to run with my dog on different trails around Dallas in my spare time. I am a trained contemporary ballet dancer and still have a passion for the art. I enjoy going to theater performances around the country to watch different styles of ballet.

Audrey Defferari
Cosmetic Injector
Growing up, I always had a passion for the skincare industry. I loved experimenting with different skincare and beauty products. After graduating from Carrol High School, I attended Texas A&M University to pursue a bachelor’s in marketing. Shortly after graduating in 2015, I realized sitting at a desk all day was not for me! That is when I decided to make my passion for skincare a career. I attended esthetician school at Steiner Institute and graduated in 2016. Shortly after graduating, I started my career at Le Beau Visage Medical Spa. After working alongside Dr. Riehs for 3+ years as a Clinical Coordinator, I decided to pursue my education further to become a Registered Nurse. I am currently in nursing school to achieve my BSN while injecting at Le Beau Visage. I love being a cosmetic injector, the art of injecting, patient care, and educating patients on the importance of their skin. There is so much to learn in this industry, and my goal is to provide our patients with an exclusive and outstanding experience using advanced technology and clinical expertise.

Arden Shippy
Medical Aesthetician
I am a seasoned aesthetician with over 30 years of practice and patient expertise. Over the years, I have worked in all different areas of the industry, beginning with my start as a makeup artist at Bloomingdales. From there, I started performing spa facials and eventually went further into the industry by performing Laser Hair Removal treatments when they were first introduced to the market. I later went on to become Lead Aesthetician and eventually Spa Director. Over the past decade, I have been an instructor to Doctors, Nurses, and Aestheticians on performing various market procedures, including facials, medical microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser services, to name a few. I love being an aesthetician and having the ability to mentor and educate anyone and everyone with a desire for proper skin care and maintenance to help put their “best face forward.” In the past few years, I have also been involved in creating a medical skincare line to emphasize my passion for product education in what is being put on your skin! In my personal time, I love spending time with my family, going to the lake, biking, swimming, and cooking.

I am a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Senior Laser Technician performing all aesthetic treatments, laser treatments, and nonsurgical body contouring. I have nearly 20 years of experience, and my favorite thing is educating patients on the newest technologies available to help slow down the aging process. I am passionate about achieving desired results and providing modern skin care technologies that truly make a difference. My goal is to help patients take the next steps to healthier, vibrant, younger-looking skin with real, measurable results. In my free time, I love to volunteer with animals, attend concerts and spend time with my daughter.

Renee Harless
Medical Aesthetician
I had a passion for aesthetics long before I knew what the word meant. From a very young age, I enjoyed doing make-up for family and friends for special occasions. After becoming a make-up artist for a photo studio in 1997, I realized that this is what I was meant to do! Since 1997 I have worked as an independent make-up artist providing on-site makeup services for bridal parties, proms, and other special occasions. In 2002, I attended the Aveda Institute in Houston, where I earned my Esthetics license. While in school, I discovered that I love skincare just as much as makeup. I enjoy being able to educate people on how to take care of their skin and look and feel their best! I earned my Laser Tech certification at the Dallas National Laser Institute in 2016. I have lived in North Texas for the last ten years with my husband, children, and our Goldendoodle, Roxy. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, crafting, and of course, make-up and skincare.

Christen Lotzer
Medical Aesthetician and Medical Assistant
I have always been drawn to the beauty industry since a young age. However, I never thought it could be my career. After high school, I took a gap year to think about the different offers I received from colleges. I struggled to decide as none of them excited me for the future. I decided to take a makeup certification course and quickly realized I could turn my passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry into my career. I attended the Aveda Arts and Sciences Institutes of Dallas and graduated in 2019 with my Esthiology license. My passion and excitement for the industry continued to grow as I attended the National Laser Institute of Dallas, where I graduated with my laser license. I knew Le Beau Visage was the perfect fit for me because of the team’s dedication to honest results and shared family values. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with loved ones, shopping, and doing home remodeling projects.

I pride myself in always giving and looking my best, and I love that Le Beau Visage embodies those same principles. I enjoy spending my free time with my friends, family, and Yorkie, Roxie.

Monet Thompson
Front Office
Transplanted to Texas in 1996 by my husband’s job transfer, I have two sons who are both in college. Once our nest was empty, I decided to pursue a job in health care. I obtained my Medical Secretary Certificate from Collin College in 2014. I am also a Certified Administrative Health Assistant with the National Association for Health Professionals, scoring a 96% on the exam. Dr. Riehs’ mission statement of providing an outstanding patient experience resonated with me, and I strive to make that happen. In addition to traveling with my husband, I enjoy reading, gardening, and exercising.

Vi Reilly
Personal Assistant
I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. We moved to Texas back in 1973 and never turned back. I have been in customer service and healthcare for over 36 years. I retired from McKesson in 2016 and met Dr. Riehs shortly after as a patient of Le Beau Visage. After receiving Botox treatments for migraines, the Neurologist gave me “demon eyebrows”. My daughter, a patient of LBV, recommended that I see Dr. Riehs. I called for an appointment on a Tuesday evening and Dr. Riehs made me human again! I asked if he was hiring, and the rest is history. I have been married for 52 years with 2 kids and 4 grandkids. My free time is spent traveling to watch and cheer on my grandkids at their motor-cross races, baseball games and soccer games. My life is full!
